Superfadedness Management Rule #56

For a lack of something better to do I have decided to add a chapter to my upcoming book on SFM. Hence, Rule #56.

Rule #56 is as follows:
To Puke...or Not To Puke. That is the question. If you would like my gut reaction (no pun intended) I would say puke if opportunity arises. It is much better to hurl, than to have that; "Uhn...I feel like shit..." feeling. Usually, not necessarily always, but usually it is better to get the bad things out. Because once you do, you feel better. But, sometimes, getting the bad out leads to the point of no return...the Dry Heaves. Iiiiii hate the drrryyyy heaves. I HATE DRY HEAVES! (that was a D.R.I. impersonation for the uneducated...it's one of their better tunes)

Dry Heaves are one of the most painful experiences in the life of a Superfaded amateur and professional alike. Not only does it hurt when it is happening, it hurts almost as bad the next day because your stomach muscles are exhausted from all the contracting the night before. I assume much like giving birth, except the only thing coming out is that 'egg yolk' like stomach bile.

For more information on puking such as "Where to puke & How to puke, please stay tuned for later chapters.

Until then....
